Role Description

Salesforce.com Architect with 10-14 yearsâ?? experience and 9years of SFDC development and configuration experience with good SFDCdevelopment experience and integration experience with good communicationskills and prior exposure in customer facing roles. The role is expected todemonstrate strong technical and configuration skills in SFDC to providesolution architecture, design tradeoffs, and provide leadership setting bestpractices for SFDC design and implementation.

Essential/Required

·        Proven functional / technical professional withat least 2 full lifecycle Sales Cloud SFDC implementations and at least 5 yearsof SFDC experience

·        Extensive experience in SFDC Sales Cloud onapplication design, architecture and development on Force.com platform usingAPEX and Visual Force

·        Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration componentsfor SFDC (e.g. SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout,outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.)

·        Experience in migration of SFDC objects,metadata among SFDC environments and sound understanding on complex ETL anddata migration practices and has performed at least 1 complex data migration toSFDC

·        Strong technical skills in SFDC to providesolution architecture, design tradeoffs, and provide technical leadershipsetting best practices for design and implementation and provide businesssolutions

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skillsand experience in customer facing roles

·        Advance level SFDC certifications (AdvancedAdministrator, SFDC Sales Cloud, Advanced Developer / SFC Platform Developer 2)

Preferred

·        Ability to perform evaluation, testing andsuccessful implementation of modifications and upgrades on SFDC

·        Ability to handle data management inclusive ofdata load, data translation, data hygiene, data migration and integration

·        Aptitude for taking on technical challenges andability to think independent and creative
